01 Overview
BestUTM.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at BestUTM.com and the free UTM campaign link builder available there. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit the site and use the builder.
The short version: the builder runs entirely in your browser. The URLs you create, the campaign names you type, and the links you save are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We designed it this way on purpose — your marketing data is yours alone.
No account, no upload, no tracking of your links
You can use the entire builder without signing up. Everything you create stays on your device.
02 What we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. Here's a clear breakdown of every category of data and whether it ever reaches us:

Anonymous analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to count page views and understand which features are used. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you or to see the contents of the links you build.
Server logs
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request — to keep the service secure and reliable. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not linked to the links you create.
03 Your link data
This is the most important section, so we'll be explicit. When you use the builder:
- The destination URL,
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term, andutm_contentvalues are assembled into a link directly in your browser using JavaScript. - None of those values are ever sent over the network to BestUTM.com.
- When you press Save, the link is written to your browser's local storage — a private store on your own device. It stays there until you delete it or clear your browser data.
- Because the data lives on your device, it is not synced between your phone, laptop, or other browsers, and we cannot recover it for you if it's lost.
Optional QR codes are generated locally too
If you generate a QR code for a link, it is drawn on your device. The link's contents are never sent to a QR service.
05 Third-party services
To deliver the site we rely on a small number of reputable infrastructure providers:
- Hosting & CDN — to serve the website's pages and assets quickly and securely.
- Web fonts — typography may be loaded from a font provider's content delivery network.
These providers may process basic technical request data (such as your IP address) solely to deliver content. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes — because we don't collect it in the first place.
06 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
Because the builder doesn't send your links to us and we don't operate user accounts, in practice we hold almost no personal data about you. The data you create lives on your own device, fully under your control — you can delete it instantly by clearing your saved links or browser storage. 07 Children's privacy
BestUTM.com is a professional marketing tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
